I feel silly asking for help. Shouldn’t I be able to do this myself?

There are many reasons people can’t do it on their own:

1. Too much to do/not enough time.

2. It’s too hard if you’re the only one trying.

3. No one taught you how.

4. For some people (especially extroverts) companionship = motivation.

5. Some people need a little push into getting organized.
